September 2023 – Cuil Bay Capital acquires Raccoon Media Group
Cuil Bay’s first investment was to purchase the Raccoon Media Group with 9 products in the health and active sectors, in the UK and USA. January 2024 – Cuil Bay Capital supports Raccoon Media Group’s acquisition of Abilities Expo
Raccoon Media Group purchases Abilities Expo with the support of Cuil Bay Capital, adding another 7 events and almost doubling the size of the existing business. The Abilities portfolio complements the healthy and active portfolio of Raccoon products, whilst expanding the portfolio in a core geography. Read more.
